Google Tag Manager
This website loads Google Tag Manager, provided by Google, using container GTM-TR74LZ9B. It manages measurement tags and other integrations. Loading it sends a request to Google’s servers; additional cookies and data depend on the tags configured in the container.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files a site may store in your browser to remember information between visits. Similar storage technologies also exist. Non-essential cookies require information and, where applicable, consent under the relevant rules.
Language preference
When you select ES or EN, we store the first-party cookie una-persona-language for one year. It contains only “es” or “en” and remembers your requested language. It is not used for tracking. You can delete it in your browser. Without this preference, the entry page displays Spanish; /es and /en subpage URLs always retain their respective language.
Client portal session
After email verification, the portal uses first-party cookies __Host-up_access, lasting up to one hour, and __Host-up_refresh, lasting up to eight hours, to authenticate and renew the session. They are transmitted over HTTPS, inaccessible to JavaScript and removed when signing out. These cookies are necessary for the requested login; blocking them prevents access. The client portal does not load Google Tag Manager.
Temporary Google sign-in
Starting Google sign-in creates the first-party __Host-up_google_pkce cookie for up to 10 minutes. It holds an encrypted check linking the start with the authentication response and is removed on return from the provider whether sign-in succeeds or fails. It uses HTTPS, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax; JavaScript cannot access it and it is not used for tracking. Google and Supabase participate in authentication and apply their own policies on their domains.
Technical operation
Google Cloud processes requests required to deliver and protect the website. Server logs are not cookies. Fonts are served by this website without browser requests to Google Fonts.
External links and email
External sites and your email application may use their own cookies or technologies. This policy only covers the Una Persona S.L. website.
Browser controls
You can inspect, block or delete site storage through your browser’s privacy settings. Questions can be sent to jm@unapersona.es. Read more about your data and rights in our privacy policy.
