Control over your team and messages
A panel for one business and one WhatsApp Cloud API number: authorised contacts, owner, agent and viewer roles, text templates and sent, delivered and read statuses. Free-form replies require a 24-hour window opened by a verified incoming message.
Panel plan: €39/month + €149 setup
Initial configuration, 45-minute training and email support. VAT excluded. Meta charges are billed separately.
Supported plan: €79/month + €249 setup
Includes the panel, 60-minute training and 60 minutes of monthly assistance with templates, statuses and issues. Additional work: €45/hour, only with an accepted quote. VAT and Meta charges excluded.
Implemented features and activation
The panel includes a conversation inbox, contacts and CRM with notes, deals and tasks. It supports templates with compatible variables and buttons, review before sending, and preparation of photos, PDFs and audio for replies within the service window. Messages are stored encrypted for 30 days; the incoming archive has a separate 365-day period. Availability for a business depends on its permissions and agreed tests. Bulk campaigns and autonomous AI replies are not included. External coexistence with the mobile app still awaits validation; do not delete or migrate the app to test it.
Support and availability
Support Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 Madrid time. Target initial response: one business day; this is not a resolution guarantee. Operation also depends on Meta and infrastructure providers.
When can I subscribe?
You can request information and a quote. The service will not be charged or activated before the required Meta approval, number and permission checks, and a sending and receiving test. We cannot guarantee Meta approval of an account, template or app.
